Mike Davies, Director

Mike is a people person. He enjoys meeting new people and LOVES to talk. "I feel inspired by the people I am working with. I'm passionate about small business and want to help my clients succeed."

After a further 18 years in public practice his passion for business is invigorating. From business plans to cash flows, financial analysis and business structures your interests will be well served.

Mike is a former Vice-President of Accountants and Tax Agents Institute of New Zealand (ATAINZ) and a retired board member after serving for 8 years. Mike is a taxation specialist having worked at Inland Revenue for 12 years and has been awarded the Annual Advanced Taxation prize from Waikato University. He is also a published author of an article on Land Taxation in New Zealand (June 2011).

In his spare time, Mike loves everything to do with sports - playing, coaching, managing, administering, and even watching with a beer in hand.

Karen Enriquez, Director

Karen is an experienced accountant with over seven years in the field, known for her dedication and attention to detail. She believes accounting isn’t just about numbers, it’s about helping people succeed.

Karen takes the time to understand each client’s goals, offering guidance that builds confidence and clarity. She enjoys assisting clients with Xero and other accounting software, making financial management smoother and easier.
